Service menu cas be shown typing 000000* in standby screen. Then menu with 5 items appears: Tracks, Stops, Cleanup stops, Load Control and Menu 2 access.
Information about network, for aech cell are available several calues. For actual cell are shown all values, for next 6 with best signal only ARF, BSI, RXL, C1 and C2 and for remaining only BSI and RXL.
Active channel number (GSM 900MHz between 0001-0124, GSM 1800MHz between 0512-0885).
Base Station Identity Code. This 6bit number contains two 3bit parts - Base-station Color Code (BCC) and National Color Code (NCC). BCC distinguishes cells of one operator with same ARF and NCC separates cells into regions.
Recieved Signal Strength Indicator. After conversion into decimal system, dividing by 2 and multiply by -1 this shows value in dBm.
Received Level. Displays same as RSS, only converted into format used in GSM specification:
|0||less than -110 dBm|
|1||-110 dBm -109 dBm|
|2||-109 dBm -108 dBm|
|62||-49 dBm -48dBm|
|63||-48 dBm and more|
Layer 1 Status. Can have following values:
|3||26-Multiframe (used for calls)|
|4||51-Multiframe (used for SMS)|
Layer 1 Phase.
Downlink Signalling Failure Counter.
Local Area Code.
Path Lost Criterion. When this value is negative, phone switches to another cell, which has highest C2.
Cell Reselection Criterion. According to this value is selected cell that will be used. ostly same values as in C1, depends of network settings.
List of last 10 switch offs or resets with reason:
|46||normal switch off|
|45||switch off when recharging|
|40||unsuccessful power on|
Clear list of last switch offs and shows "Operation OK!".
Information about battery and charging.
Battery type: LiP2 - Li-Polymer (780 mAh), NIX1 - Ni-MH (650 mAh).
Unknown - 000.
Unknown - 000.
Battery status in percent. Automatical switch off is made at about 7-8 . Indicator on standby display show state as described in following table.
|61 - 100 %||3 tiles|
|41 - 60 %||2 tiles|
|21 - 40 %||1 tile|
|0 - 20 %||none tile|
Cycle counter in each state. Values are listed in next section.
|PR||0-10||prepair - prepairing for changing, takes around 20 seconds|
|IN||?||interrupt - during call etc.|
|CH||0-? (depends on previous battery state)||charging|
I havent seen any value yet.
Battery temperature during charging (CH), from C9 to DC.
Ambient temperature during any phase of charging. After dividing by 5 we get value which could be battery temperature.
Battery voltage when charging.
There are two values with this name. One shows voltage and second probably some guess of length of charging.
Menu 2 access
Probably access to next menu, after entering of same values (25228353, 25228352, 83227423, 12345678) phone resets.
